Luke has been in the security industry for over 25 years and has delivered thousands of security risk assessments, via parent security consulting company Matryx Consulting. He’s been selected to assist Standards Australia (the country’s leading independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit standards organisation), in creating the new handbook to help manage the security of buildings and infrastructure across Australia.
Luke is also a certified counter terrorism practitioner, CPTED expert (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) and media security adviser, alongside his various other credentials and qualifications.
RiskDynamyx® was designed to address the shortcomings of cyclical security risk assessments. And the reliance by security professionals on historical data for making critical management decisions.
Luke, having reviewed hundreds of security breaches and reports, realised that the knowledge base available to managers of commercial properties was grossly inadequate. And security threats change faster than the security industry can keep pace with.
There had to be a better way.

Luke is a regular media commentator and contributor and sought after industry speaker. He developed RiskDynamyx® after realising that yesterday’s security risk management practices are no longer adequate to deal with today’s threats and a changing world.
Eddie Alzier

Since 1982, Eddie has held senior security management positions with Emirates Airlines, Dubai Holdings, Sinclair Knight Merz Consulting, Engineers (SKM), CCD Australia Consulting – to name a few.
He has also been a senior lecturer in security science and security management at Edith Cowan University and Murdoch University in Western Australia, Singapore Aviation Training Academy (SAA) and Emirates Airline Training College in Dubai.
Eddie is a board Certified Protection Professional (CPP), has a masters in security and risk management and is currently the Certified Protection Professional Examination Coordinator for the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
Kristiana Greenwood

Kristiana (Kris) has over 25 years of experience in the Property & FM industry both as an owner & director of a leading FM software company and in numerous board positions. She has been a member of the Property Council of Australia Future Trends & Innovation committee and recently completed a 6-year term on the Advisory Board of School of Architecture & Building at Deakin University.
